Having withstood 14 hours of freezing cold and gusting winds near the summit of Braeriach I quickly started descending from the thick fog to Lairing Ghru's valley. After reaching it I crossed Chalamain Gap to get to Cairn Gorm Ski Centre, where this neat winter hike ended.
